Prices will increase from October 1, 2024. Prices do not include accommodation. It is possible to spend the night for free in one of the halls at the Fredericia Idrætscenter. Registration closes on January 14, 2025. After that, the prices only include coffee and cake. Food and drinks are always available for purchase at the Fredericia Idrætscenter.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE ONLINE
You can register online through January 14, 2025. Following this day, it is possible to show up at the door from January 31 to February 2, 2025, and purchase admission for a higher price. Admission purchased at the door includes coffee and cake.
CANCELLATION FEE
For cancellations before January 1, 2025, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registered amount.
When cancelling January 1–31, 2025, the cancellation fee is the total registered amount.

/ Breakfast – A typical Danish breakfast spread: Bread, butter, pålægschokolade, jam and cheese. Oats, muesli, yogurt. Coffee, ice tea, juice, milk and water.
/ Morning – Selection of fruit and coffee.
/ Lunch – Rye bread with different meats and toppings, vegetables and a warm dish.
/ Afternoon – Cake, fruit and coffee.
/ Dinner – Pork tenderloin in cream sauce with rice and mixed salat.
/ Apple-rhubarb-dream and coffee.
Sunday
/ Breakfast – A typical Danish breakfast spread: Bread, butter, pålægschokolade, jam and cheese. Oats, muesli, yogurt. Coffee, ice tea, juice, milk and water.
/ Morning – Selection of fruit and coffee.
/ Lunch – Rye bread with different meats and toppings, vegetables and a warm dish.

We offer free accommodation in Fredericia Idrætscenter in one of their halls, but it is first come, first serve, due to limited availability. It is possible to choose this accommodation when you register. You will need to bring everything you need to stay there during the weekend: Sleeping bag, sleeping mat or something else. It is possible to use the changing rooms for bathing.
