Session 2 / Lonely Winter

Have you ever taken a deep breath on a crisp, clear winter morning? Felt the peace of that silence deep in your lungs? At the same time winter equals darkness and death, and for some people it contains the deepest places of isolation. Where is God in the midst of loneliness? Might his presence change our notion of being alone and even grant us peace through it?
